Remote maintenance
With the TeamViewer remote maintenance tool, our service team can solve even tricky problems on your system without having to be on site. Via a highly secure connection, C&S support can work on the user's computer under customer supervision using the remote maintenance tool and resolve difficulties or problems.

For customers with ServicePlus contract the "Installation GU or patch" service is free of charge because it is included in the contract.

If you do not have a Service Plus contract, you can also book an appointment. This appointment is then subject to a fee - we charge for every 15 minutes or part thereof based on the applicable hourly rate. All prices are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.
Observe the provisions made by you for installations: Administrative access system, licence file. The duration of the appointment is given as 2:00 hours as a guideline, but always depends on the scope of the installation routine and may vary.
When using a firewall or a proxy server the connection establishment may be disrupted under certain circumstances. In this case, please contact your system administrator about any changes to settings for the duration of the remote maintenance.
